The Preceram Group respects your preferences regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data.

What information do we collect about you?
On this Preceram Group website, there are different sections for collecting personal data, and each section has a specific purpose.
Contact Form

- Purpose: we may use this data to respond to questions, complaints, comments or concerns regarding the information included in the contact form for the processing of personal data, as well as any other questions the user may have. Newsletter Subscription
- Data Collected: name, email, company, address, postcode, phone.
- Purpose: to manage the subscription list, send newsletters with news and commercial information related to our or third-party services and/or products.

Account Creation Form
- Data Collected: First Name, Last Name, NIF, Company, Username, Email Address, Password, Confirm Password.
- Purpose: to offer a space where the client has all the information related to their user account, where they will indicate the required products and/or services and contact details.
- Basis for Legality: the processing of personal data collected in the contact form is the consent of the data subject.
Contacts through the contact methods available on the site
We also collect information from you when you voluntarily write to us or call us using the contacts available on the site. The personal data collected is that necessary for the purpose for which you contacted us, processing data such as name, address, phone number, email address, subject, NIF (in the case of a commercial transaction). We ask that you do not send or share with the Preceram Group any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data, health-related data or data concerning sexual life or sexual orientation.

How we use information about you

If you agree, we will send your personal information to the various companies within the Preceram Group so that they can offer you their products, services, and updated information.
Your personal data may be shared with service providers contracted by the Preceram Group, such as marketing platforms and data analysis tools, who are subject to contractual data protection obligations.
As a rule, Personal Data provided to the Preceram Group as part of the marketing and commercial process is not transferred to third countries. The websites of the Preceram Group include SSL certificates, which is a security protocol that ensures data travels in a complete and secure manner. This means that the transmission of data between a server and the website user, and in feedback, is completely encrypted.

Marketing
We would like to be able to send you information about Preceram Group products and services that may be or become of interest to you. By subscribing to our newsletter via the subscription form available on the website, you agree to receive our emails, the main purpose of which is to send news, information, publications, and promotions for Preceram Group services and products. This subscription is not mandatory and can be cancelled at any time.
The GRUPO PRECERAM newsletters may, for statistical purposes, contain a single ‘pixel’ that allows us to know if they are opened and to verify clicks via links within each newsletter.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
We want to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information we hold about you.
We rely on the User to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update data regarding any changes to the information provided. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, truthfulness, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated.
User Rights and Data Retention Periods
The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data concerning them at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of processing based on consent previously given. You can also request from the Preceram Group access to your Personal Data, its rectification or erasure, as well as the restriction of processing with regard to the User. The user can also object to the processing, exercise the right to data portability, and request a copy of the information we hold about you. Personal Data necessary for the performance of the contract to which the User is a party, for compliance with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, and those necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Preceram Group are not included in the previous point.
If the requests submitted by the User are manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly due to their repetitive nature, the Preceram Group, under the current legal framework, may demand the payment of a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication, or of taking the requested action, or may refuse to act on the request.
Without prejudice to contrary legal or regulatory provisions, Personal Data will be retained only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for its subsequent processing, after which it will be deleted or, if it is in the interest of the Preceram Group, processed for statistical purposes, anonymised, making it impossible to identify the Data Subject.
Subsequent processing of Personal Data for a purpose other than that for which the data was collected requires the user’s consent. Before such processing, the Data Controller provides the Data Subject with information about that purpose and any other relevant information.
Users will also have the right to an effective judicial remedy and to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission if they consider that the processing of personal data concerning them violates the GDPR.
